It aims at making the zone intensified with modern agriculture, tourist recreation and trade for economic development. 

It contains some parts of Mita ri and Posang ri, Manpho City, Jagang Province which stands in the opposite side of Jian City, Jilin Province in China. 

There are a lot of cultural relics that have an age-old history including Segomjong.

It is planning to build service bases by combining with tourism and trade together in Mita ri area and in Posang ri area, a modern agricultural bases majoring in farming and livestock industry and medical plants’ cultivation by introducing modern chain type cycling system.
