2. Purpose of the Project

The project is aimed at not only meeting domestic demand for the batteries but exporting batteries, to be produced by invested equipment, technical system and materials needed for producing (assembling) various kinds of batteries incl. electric car batteries, that are regarded as fundamental factor for production & use of renewable energy.

  Jinsu-dong, Waudo District, Nampho City

4. Current state and Investment Direction

The Nampho Daesong Trading Company has cold storage workplaces & warehouses, competent technicians and workers, stable power supply by both national power grid & motor generator. Meantime, it has advantage of ease access to highway and sea port.

5. Details of Required Investment

Total investment: US$ 1 million

  Investment items: Equipment & tools in full set, technical process and materials needed for assembling different kinds of batteries, and technical data relating to battery production

6. Raw and Other Materials Purchase Term 

At first imported raw materials is to be used, that is expected to be substituted with locally available raw materials, if possible.

7. Marketing

  To be agreed by both parties.

8. Type of Business and Term of Existence

Type of Business: JV Enterprise for which reimbursement to be made by finished products

   Term of existence: 15 years

9. Estimated Economic Effectiveness

   Annual sales: US$ 10 million 

   Total profit: US$ 1 million 

   Profit of the proponent: US$ 300 000
