The Ryugyong Kimchi Factory mass-produces Korean Kimchi by industrial methods. The Korean Kimchi is recognized as one of the World’s Five Health Foods and popular among customers.
The Factory, equipped with germ-free and dust-free process, produces full cabbage Kimchi, nutritious Kimchi for children, pickled sliced cabbages (radishes) seasoned with pepper, White Kimchi and other varieties of Kimchi, namely Chonggak Kimchi, cucumber & bean sprouts Kimchis which are produced according to customers’ demands and seasons.
Its main products also include those of pickles, such as radish, cabbage, Pleurotus eryngii and others as well as sikhye(fermented fish).
The Factory, with its annual production capacity amounting to thousands tons of Kimchi, pickles, sikhye(fermented fish) and other vegetable processed products, attaches great importance to science and technology and surpasses the cutting edge in the field of core technical processes, ranging from storage of raw materials to packing of finished products, thereby developing into a technology-intensive enterprise with high competitive power.
Kimchi, pickles and sikhye produced by the Ryugyong Kimchi Factory are supplied to Kimchi stalls and shops across the city and demands for the products are increasing day by day for its unique taste.
