By playing the leading role in research, dissemination and introduction of the Koryo medicine pharmaceutical technique, it has contributed to modernization of many Koryo medicine factories in the country.

It resolved many scientific and technological problems arising in establishing production lines that conform with GMP at hundreds of Koryo medicine factories in the country, in particular those in Kanggye and Hoeryong, and also designed, manufactured and installed pharmaceutical equipment that satisfy the actual conditions of the relevant factories in conformity with the world trends.

All the technical achievements are verified at its own pilot plant before disseminating and introducing further.

The company is striving to satisfactorily perform its mission and duty not only as a centre for the research and dissemination of the traditional medicines but also as a model production base.
