KHC Concrete mortar waterproofer

This product is a aqueous waterproofer which is polymerized by the advanced technology using silicone oil, epoxy, organic titanium, aluminium and acrylic acid as the basic raw materials.

In the past, organic waterproofer was highly effective with a short lifespan while inorganic waterproofer had a longer waterproofing lifespan with a low waterproofing effectiveness. Demand for raw material input of  inorganic waterproofer was also high.

The main features of this waterproofer is a better waterproofing performance together with longer lifespan.

At present, concrete mortar waterproofer with such features is rare and almost non-existent.

We have been able to solve these problems through over 20 years of research and engineering work.

This waterproofer is highly advanced in terms of underlying principles, materials and manufacturing methods.

The waterproofer forms hydrophobic material with high solidity and density; it fills the capillary and water sucking channel that are produced by concrete and mortar during hardening process; it is strong in hydrophobic property and dehumidifying capacity.

It thus gives the concrete structure and the products a remarkably excellent waterproofing ability.

-Application

①Construction of industrial and civil buildings, roof, basement, tunnel, underground crossing, underground shop, underground parking lot, swimming pool, water supply tower, source of water supply, pumping station and other concrete processes requiring waterproofing.

②Water tank, large-sized container, crop warehouse, water repository

③Plaster base of construction, interior and exterior wall, water closets.

-Main features

①It is a non-polluting, non-corrosive and non-flammable cream-colored environment-protecting waterproofer which doesn’t give any harmful effects to the human body.

②Its waterproofing performance is highly efficient and the level of water resistance is over p40. It doesn’t give any effect to the strength of the concrete with a very long waterproofing life.

③Water receding coefficient is 10%~25%

④It is simple and easy in engineering work and helps to save labor, materials and maintenance cost.

⑤It is heat resistant(120℃) and cold resistant.

-Usage

①Quantity

∘The quantity of waterproofer added to the concrete process is C×3%～4%,   10kg/㎥in general.

∘The quantity of waterproofer added to the mortar process is C×3%～4%,  0.2kg/㎡（thickness 20mm）in general

②Directions for use

∘Dilute the liquid waterproofer extract with water at the ratio of 1:15 and use it instead of water during mechanical agitation of concrete,.

∘Dilute the liquid waterproofer extract with water at the ratio of 1:15 and use it instead of water during mortar process,.

∘Make sure that the surface of bases is solid and clean and that the thickness of the waterproof plaster is 20mm.

-Storage and package

∘50㎏/plastic or iron drum, 200㎏/plastic or  iron drum . 

∘Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Store above 0℃.

∘Shelf life: 2 years.
