Ingredients: Urokinase 100 000 units

Indications: cerebral thrombosis, peripheral venous thrombosis, acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolus, etc.

Dosage and administration: Inject intravenously or instill intravenously, dissolved in glucose or physiological saline solution.

In case of cerebral thrombosis and brain infarction, inject 60 000 to 300 000 units according to the symptoms

  In case of peripheral venous thrombosis, inject 50 000 to 250 000 units at the initial stage and reduce the amount gradually for 7 days.

  In case of acute myocardial infarction, inject 500 000 to 1 000 000 units direct into the coronary arteries or instill intravenously for 30 minutes.

  In case of pulmonary embolus, inject 4 400 units/㎏ for 10 minutes at the initial stage and then inject 4 400 units/㎏ per hour for 12 hours.
