From olden times, it has widely been used for general prostration, mental and physical fatigue, hypertension and malfunction of the heart.
  Healthy persons have also used it to improve the motility and working ability and relieve fatigue.
  It is especially efficacious for recovering from mental and physical fatigue. It is also good for cough, bronchitis and bronchial asthma caused by cold.
  Take 15-20g as it is or mixed with water several times daily.
