Introduction: The Paekunsan General Foodstuff Factory in Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province, is a comprehensive food production enterprise widely known in the country, though its founding history is only 17 years.
The plant has established a food safety management system in 10 production processes, has the capacity to produce more than 10 000 tons of 280 food products per year for 19 species, and is recognized as an excellent company in the country.
The factory has the capacity to mass-produce funtional foods conducive to improving the people's health, and will make steady progress by intensifying the strenuous research and efforts to preserve the natural peculiar taste of the products «Okryonsan» and develop healthy foods.
