    In Juche 61（1972）, lathe model “Kusong No.3” won a gold medal at the Leipzig International Trade Fair and the top prize at the Malaysia International Trade Fair.

    The Kusong Machine Tool Factory has a casting shop, a forging shop, several processing shops, an assembling shop, a finishing shop, all of which are equipped with modern machines & equipment. It has also ancillary shops incl. traffic shop with modern means of transportation.

    The factory is equipped with modern multi-purpose lathes incl. models “NC-630”, “VNC-320”, “CNC-Kusong 6C”, CNC combined processing lathes, “Kusong 8C”, “Kusong 6”, “Kusong 11”.
